Terms and Conditions of Account

I / We as purchasers of goods from Clarity Press Ltd. agree to be bound to Clarity Press Ltd. by these terms and conditions as set out on this form. SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER SPECIAL TERMS THAT MAY BE NOTIFIED TO THE PURCHASER PERTAINING TO A PARTICULAR CONTRACT.

Consumers Guarantees Act 1993
If the buyer is acquiring the goods for the purpose of a business, the buyer agrees the provisions of the Consumers Act 1993 do not apply to the contract.


The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that it is satisfied the goods supplied are fit for the Purchasers purpose, and that the methods and conditions of application and use of the goods supplied are beyond the control of Clarity Press Ltd. And therefore shall not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage attributable to wrong use or application of the goods although Clarity Press Ltd. will use its best endeavours to support any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of goods supplied and sold by Clarity Press Ltd.


Nothing in these conditions is intended to have effect of contracting out of the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 except to the extent permitted by the Act. I / We further authorise any person or company to provide Clarity Press Ltd. with such information as may be required in response to credit enquiries. I / We further authorise you to furnish to any third party details of this application and any subsequent dealings that I / We may have with you as a result of this application being actioned by you.

I / We agree that the terms of trade are strictly settlement 20th of the month following the date of invoice and that Clarity Press Ltd. will be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 18% per annum (1.5% per month), or $10.00 (ten dollars) which ever is the greater amount on all accounts that have not been paid in full by 30th of the month following the date of invoice.

The title (both legal and equitable) in the goods will not pass to the buyer until the goods have been paid in full.
I/We agree to indemnify you against all cost, whether commission, legal fees or otherwise, incurred by you or your duly authorised agents relating to any monies, goods or service that may be outstanding from time to time pursuant to the terms of this agreement.

I/We hereby apply to open a monthly account having read the Terms and Conditions, and confirm that all the information supplied on this online form is true and correct. I / We also state that I / We have the authority to open an account on behalf of the said company.
